So here's my latest creation :) It's six ounces of merino and silk in a lovely purply silver colourway. It has very long drapy sleves and a short back (I may do a longer version later on).
It's name comes from the beautiful dragonfly that landed on my shoulder as I was finishing plying the yarn. I decided to try to emulate its beauty. I'm going to give it to my sister in law for her birthday -she like me turns 40 this year. It's going to be put with a red knit hat with the poem "when I'm an old woman I shall wear purple".
LOL
She'll get the joke ;)
