Lots of spinning going on

So somebody sent me a HUGE bag of blended fibres with a request to spin it for her laceweight. Here's the first bobbin almost full - I have NO idea the yardage but will let you know when it gets plied up. Keeps me busy on the countdown to Disneyworld!!!!
We leave Thursday morning for five fun filled days!!!!!

Blended fibres

Here's the merino and mohair all carded up :) And some merino-silk roving that was sitting here as well -it looked horrible as roving but I LOVE it all carded ;)

Look what Jared dyed for his mommy~!!

Mohair and merino dyed in the same pot -waiting mommy to get out the drum carder and blend this luxurious colourway. Unless somebody snatches it out of my hands of course.
8 ounces of mohair and 8 of soft merino -the colours are just not done justice in the pictures :)

Project done

So while recovering from the tooth surgery I decided to start spinning again found some lovely shetland Jared had overdyed -turquoise, chocolate and some greens and greys and did a lovely two ply yarn with it :) Anybody want to knit me some socks LOL.
